Any sort of rolling stops are hard to defend. The Officer just need to be there at the trial. Then, Defendant will be found guilty even there were a huge store sign blocked Officer's view. Unfair huh ?!!

Defendant did not do TBWD. I filed a peremtory challenge a month before the trial, and ended up getting a new judge (2nd Judge). Cop showed up at the trial with the 2nd Judge and Defendant objected to the Cop for reading from his notes, Judge said entitled to see a copy as well. Officer came back in 5 minutes asked if Defendant needed more time to review, Defendant requested for more time. Judge rescheduled the trial with the 3rd Judge. At the trial with the 3rd Judge, cop showed up again there and had other cases. Defendant was asked if it is fine to have a Pro Tem Judge to handle the case, Defendant objected to have a Pro Tem Judge, therefore, Defendant was told that no Judges were available until later in the day, and Defendant agreed to wait for another Judge. (4th Judge). At the trial with the 4th Judge, since it was towards the end of the day, the Officer could not wait, and LEFT the courthouse. So, Defendant was found not guilty. Defendant did not use TBWD or TDN. However, Defendant learned about Peremptory Challenge and Pro Tem Judge objection from MotherCopper.com, so we included this case here.
